After MUCH MUCH debate i have come up with the following changes. They are final. its was way things must be.
XXXHorror will not be updated weekly. Some updated are great, like amber who was truly into what she was doing. SOME SUCK!
They suck because the girls dont have the passion that i need and at the end of the shoot i feel empty. I try to be nice, and say yes you did a good job but honestly a bad shoot, leaves a hole in my stomach and disappointment in my little heart.
HOWEVER i cannot afford all of the models i want and the revenue has not increased. im sad =(
ALSO i hate splitting updates into 2 parts. HATE IT! i think its retarded but i have to do it to keep up with the budget.
So here is the plan. It will cause me to have less recurring members and less long term members but i know you guys will come back from time to time to see what new stuff i have.
#1 after the next few updates i am going to try to eliminate split updates. There will be only separate scenes. Some 2 or 3 part but in one update.
#2 like i said i will not be shooting every week. There will be less updates. period.
#3 I am going to be able to save enough to actually afford to pay for girls like Amber and Kelly wells who like being crazy and when i ask to stick a crucifix in the ass, they will really stick it in! not just fumble around the ass.
#4 the sites will split in a few months leaving xxxhorror the total blasphemy site. I invite anybody to clear out your closets of old catholic or other religious fun things and send them my way ..hehe... Updates will need to all be different. not the same thing each time so i definitely will need more props to vary it up. also those of you who have lent things to me please feel free to tell me when you would like me to ship it back.

Ania this is a great post! It makes me feel like you understand us a lot more than we might think sometimes,and I see that a lot of what happens is only because your options are limited.
   I believe big time in quality over quantity, and I'll bet most members will agree! If you get a girl or two in a scene to Want to do exactly what you ask for..and what you know We want, that could be a super hot classic! It seems that most porn girls are used to showing up at differnt studios and just kind of doing a 20 or 30 minute porn scene, maybe just in a different outfit or just  geared towards a particular sex act, but it's all pretty much the same to them.
    The real trick like you said is finding a girl who really understnds the Whole blasphemy idea, like some of us ask about, and not having to settle for a model who just works in some lines of dialogue amidst a pretty boring 20 minutes.
     What you are doing is going to be great! THE most important thing of all is being honest, like you are! Then it will all work itself out, it will come together, even with downsides and sacrifices like you talked about.. You will have molded a completely unique thing on the internet, Your vision, no compromises, and it will all reverse.. It won't be that you will have to seek out girls.. They will find you, and they will want to be a part of this completely wild site called XXXHorror.com!
       I think you could even cut your own 5 minute trailer of maybe the very best segments, just to show to new girls when they first arrive, even just brief moments from like a dozen updates..Sindee's worst 15 seconds of blasphemy, and Andi's, Bree Olsens, even Angelica when she's really getting into it, and Evie swearing at the end of her bible teacher scene, and pretty much Any 20 seconds of Vanessa Naughty going at it with her statues and all!..just to show new girls what you're really looking for, what really gets the scene going!

Well Ania we understand what will be the rules of engagement henceforth.
I know you are doing this to put a better focus on your work instead of going in all directions.
I know you want to enhance the quality of the updates, and of the girls you hire.
I can understand weekly updates put some real pressure on your modest staff.....
And I know you are doing this to please your subscribers, and attract new members.

As for the materials I sent you, they were donations to you to enrich your screenplay and to enhance the performance of your actors/actresses for the benefit of the community. If I felt some empathy for my large statue of the Virgin, it's because I had many ideas of the numerous good uses you could make of it in a context of sex and blasphemy and I wished it a long life of pleasure and desecration as per the examples I suggested in an earlier post. In any case, I purchased two replacement copies of the statue, and I'm sending them over to you in the hope the actress doesn't drop them again on the floor in the middle of the excitement.

So we're on board with you, Ania, hoping for the best.

Its gotta be better. I really wanted that statue used on that update with Vanessa. i was SOOOOOOO bummed. A little pissed also, but it was an accident what could i do. No I have bigger plans for this site.

You succeeded well the last updates,great stuff and nothing to complain.
New original stories,better use of close up,better lightning.
Miss the arguing between us,but you do the things you want to very fine
and a nice quarrel,although innocent,seems a near impossibility right now.
Even liked the update with homosexual connotations for its daring and your
braveness to do things you had in your head and that could cost you members.

Oh Laskola you are so supportive! We have had a lot of stuff happen over the last year huh? But I know everybody wants the same thing..a Great site!  So all of our comments and even some of the scuffles between us are making it happen! Its all so we can find what will work best, and the changes are good ones   
      Ania its so cool to see that Lair set in some of the picture previews for XXXhorror on other sites! Like you type in 'nun" or blasphemy and these 12 or 15 picture sets come up with Vanessa or Amber in the Lair! It's just so wild to type in a comment or a picture on the forum here and then see these things a couple of weeks later!  AND I am using Pimpandhost for pictures on here it seems great thank you!

OMG i just got my 2 new statues thank you sooooo soooo much!!!
Im busy cutting new cookies today.
Next shoot is approaching. What i need, is people with a printer. If you guys have some time. I would like as many people as possible to print out religious iconic pictures on paper in full size (so the camera can pick it up) and mail them to me. We need lots to make this interesting so if everybody prints a few good ones we are going to have quite a collection.
Its for my next movie.

Wow, I'm happy the two new statues arrived.
I'm sure your actresses will have a ball with them, as long as they don't get too excited about them and break them.
