A combination of the medical fetish and the vampire/nun fetish - we can have an innocent church-going girl or guy who is on a wheelchair taken away by one of the evil vamps and forced to watch as the vampire desecrates their religion. Then, the vampire can toy with him or her, and do things that are against that person's will (particularly of a medical nature) but since they are in a wheelchair - they can't do anything about it.

If you guys start implementing some of these ideas, I tell you, you will have the most taboo and shocking DVD ever made!
